Welcome to Our School
Welcome to The Children’s Courtyard in Lamar, Arlington, TX. We are new and improved from remodeling to new Leadership. Where we are dedicated to provided the best childcare experience for you and your children.
Our Infant Care, Preschool and Pre-Kindergarten programs provide the perfect foundation for learning and child development. I’m proud to say our school is nationally accredited Cognia Accreditation.
I lead a great group of teachers who are always smiling and truly love what they do. Together, they have over 25 years of combined experience in child care. They receive monthly training and participate in ongoing training offered by the state.

Nelda Jackson-Moses , Director
Education: Elementary Education Degree
Certifications: First Aid/CPR, Director's Permit, Food Manager’s Certificate
I bring more than 30 years of experience in early childhood education and hold a degree in Elementary Education. For over 15 years, I have served as a Center Director, building strong relationships with children and families while supporting each child’s growth and development. I enjoy seeing the excitement that comes with new discoveries and take pride in creating a strong sense of community and lasting connections with families.

ShaCasual Dunn, Assistant Director
Certifications: First Aid/CPR/ Food Handler
My name is ShaCasual, and I bring more than 11 years of experience in early childhood education, including 10 years with Children’s Courtyard. I began as an assistant teacher, became a lead teacher, and later served as an Administrative Assistant. In April, I stepped into the role of Assistant Director, where I work alongside the Director to support staff, families, and daily school operations. I am passionate about supporting children, families, and our school community.
